How to use:

Please check prior to using to ensure:

• the straps are attached well.
• the nosepiece and sponge are attached properly to the mask.
• the position of the valve is in the proper location(valve model).
• the valid date is printed on the package.

Instructions:

1. To protect your health and life, and to prevent serious injury or death, it is important to READ and FOLLOW the instructions enclosed with the product.
2. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations on the usage of this product could reduce the effectiveness of the mask and may cause health injury or death.
3. A properly selected mask is essential to protect your health. Before using this mask, please confirm with a safety consultant to make sure the mask is suitable for the conditions.
4. This mask does not supply oxygen and must not be used in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
5. Do not use when concentrations of contaminants may immediately cause danger to health or life.
6. Leave the working area immediately and return to fresh air if difficult to breathe, or you experience dizziness, or other distress occurs.
7. To avoid leakage, do not use with beards or other facial hair that may inhibit contact between the face and the edge of the mask.
8. Never alter, modify, or abuse this mask.
9. Single shift use only. Discard the mask right after a single use.
10. Replace the mask immediately when it is hard to breathe or the mask is damaged or distorted, or a proper face fit cannot be maintained.
11. Store unused masks in a box in a clean, dry, non-contaminated area.
12. Do not use it in an explosive atmosphere.
13. Plastic rubber material may cause allergy to individuals when in contact with skin. Remove the mask when encountering such a situation.
14. This is to inform you that the face mask shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacturing if they are kept in their original package and stored under the following conditions: temperature between -2 and +550 C and relative humidity of less than 75%
