This polyurethane filler foam isn't as bad as some other reviews say. We got the nozzle with it, which helped. The instructions, though detailed, didn't explain everything, but thankfully there are pictures on the foam can as well. My only complaint is that the can states you should only fill one third of the space that should be filled with foam because it will expand into the rest of the space over a few hours. Though it expanded a bit, it wasn't nearly as much as they say, so I had to apply another thicker layer of foam to fill up the rest. Keep that in mind when buying since it will affect the quantity you will need.
