I was able to glue the sole of my running shoes back into position with no problems. Just read the instructions, and you will not go wrong. The glue is quite thick and tacky, so it did take me a while to get it out of the tube to apply it, but that is actually a good thing....no runny, messy glue getting everywhere.
I will revisit the review after a week or so of running.

Just stuck the sole of my shoe with it, let's see how long it lasts. I'm sure there's a less expensive option on Takealot that will do the same job

I’ve tried multiple other glue options for shoe soles that detach from the uppper.. this stuff is insanely amazing.. goes on easy.. dry time is relatively quick, although 24hrs is always recommended before use.. but once dry, it’s strong and flexible.. the flexibility is the best I’ve ever used.. I’d highly recommend this product 👍
