🚿 Electronic Temperature Control Within Reach

The FAME Compacta features an electronic temperature selector that allows you to adjust the water temperature from Off (“O”) through to Maximum (“MAX”).

The removable extension rod brings the temperature control within approximately 30 cm of reach, making it easier to adjust the temperature without having to reach directly into the shower unit.

To increase the temperature, simply turn the selector clockwise towards MAX. To reduce the temperature, turn it counterclockwise towards OFF. The OFF position can also be useful on hot days when heating is not required, helping to reduce electrical energy consumption.

💧 Smart Diverter Technology

The Compacta incorporates Smart Diverter technology, allowing the water outlet to be directed through the main shower diffuser or used with the included manual hand shower.

The integrated system is designed to provide convenient control over how you use the water, while the adjustable shower assembly allows the spray direction to be positioned for a more comfortable shower.

🎯 Adjustable Directional Spray

The shower features an adjustable diffuser designed to provide a directional spray. This allows you to position the water flow according to your preferred showering position.

The Compacta also includes an Intense/Compacta manual hand shower, providing an additional showering option when required.

FAME highlights the Compacta's long-lasting heating element, with the product range available in different power configurations to suit different electrical installations.

🧼 Easy Cleaning & Maintenance

The Compacta includes a particle-retention screen at the water inlet to help prevent debris from entering the equipment. FAME states that the screen should only be removed for cleaning and then reinstalled.

The shower body can be cleaned using a moistened cloth only. Abrasive cleaning products should not be used. If the spray plate becomes obstructed by debris, the manual recommends cleaning the showerhead externally using a non-abrasive sponge.

 Safety & Installation

The FAME Compacta Electronic Shower is a high-powered electrical appliance and must be installed correctly to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Professional Installation: Installation is recommended to be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
• Dedicated Electrical Circuit: The shower must be connected to an exclusive and independent electrical circuit.
• Correct Circuit Protection: The circuit breaker must be correctly rated for the specific voltage and power configuration.
• Proper Earthing: The green grounding wire must be connected to an effective grounding system. The neutral wire must never be used as grounding.
• No Plug or Socket: Plugs and sockets must never be used for the shower's electrical installation.
• Correct Voltage: The electrical supply must match the voltage specified for the particular product.
• Water Connection: The hydraulic connection should be 1/2" GAS.
• Water Before Heating: Before using the shower, allow water to flow through the unit for several seconds to fill the internal heating chamber and check for leaks.
• IP24 Protection: The unit has an IP-24 protection rating.

The FAME Compacta is available in power ratings up to 7,800W, and incorrect electrical installation can create a serious risk of electric shock, fire, equipment damage or injury.

Always have the shower installed and tested by a suitably qualified person using the correct voltage, conductor size, circuit breaker, grounding and electrical protection for the specific model.

The shower can produce water at temperatures capable of causing burns. Children, elderly users and people requiring assistance should be supervised, and the water temperature should always be properly regulated before and during use.

Please note: The manual specifically states that the connector, thread-sealing tape, screwdriver/Phillips and certain installation materials are not supplied with the product.
