FAME Instant Inline Water Heater

The FAME Inline Geyser is a compact and practical point-of-use water heating solution designed to provide hot water directly at the outlet. Ideal for kitchen sinks, bathroom basins, bidets and hairdressers, it offers convenient hot water without the need for a large conventional geyser. The product is designed for external installation and can be installed in a vertical position.

The integrated heating chamber heats the water as it passes through the unit, while the temperature selector allows the user to control operation. The heater operates with water supplied from a storage tank and is suitable for water columns from 2 to 20 metres, equivalent to 20–200 kPa.

💧 Water Pressure Requirements

The heater requires a minimum water pressure of 20 kPa (2 m water column) and supports up to 200 kPa (20 m water column). The documentation specifically states that the hydraulic connection should not be made directly to the public/street water supply, as this may damage the appliance.

🔧 Installation Overview

The FAME Inline Geyser is designed for external, vertical installation and connects directly to the water supply and a dedicated electrical circuit.

1. Check the water supply
   Ensure the installation provides between 20–200 kPa (2–20 m water column) of water pressure. The unit should not be connected directly to the public water network. INLINE GEYSER TECHNICAL 2
2. Connect the water supply
   The heater uses 1/2" GAS water connections. A 3/4" to 1/2" reducer is included where required. INLINE GEYSER TECHNICAL 2
3. Install the heater vertically

4. Connect the electrical supply
   The heater must be connected to an exclusive, independent electrical circuit with the appropriate circuit breaker and properly connected earth/grounding. INLINE GEYSER TECHNICAL 2
5. Fill the heating chamber before switching on
   Once the plumbing is connected, open the water tap and allow water to flow through the heater before completing the electrical installation. This fills the heating chamber and helps prevent damage to the heating element. INLINE GEYSER TECHNICAL 2
6. Final checks and operation
   Check all water and electrical connections, then use the temperature selector to operate the heater. Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional
