We work hard to get your order dispatched quickly and delivered safely — anywhere in South Africa.
1. Delivery time = handling + transit
Every order goes through a short preparation stage before it ships:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard orders.
- Large or heavy items may take an extra 1–2 days.
2. Shipping rates
FREE delivery on orders over R650 — now available nationwide, including the major centres and outlying areas, on standard-sized items. On larger baskets this can apply to heavier orders too, as long as the delivery cost is covered by the order.
- Free delivery over R650 on standard items, anywhere we courier in South Africa.
- Low flat rates from R99 on orders under R650, and on oversized or bulky items where free delivery doesn’t apply.
- Gauteng: free delivery over R650 on standard items via our own delivery service; a small flat fee applies below R650.
- Oversized, very heavy or specialised items (for example large appliances or bar fridges) are quoted at a courier or fixed rate, always shown at checkout.
No surprises: your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. For unusual bulk or pallet-sized orders we’ll contact you to confirm the best rate before we dispatch — you’re always in control.
3. Where we deliver
We deliver right across South Africa. Unfortunately we’re unable to reach certain townships, farms, smallholdings/plots or extreme outlying areas. If we can’t reach your address, we’ll contact you with the options.
4. Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a live tracking link. You can also:
- Track your parcel any time from My Account → Orders;
- Download your tax invoice from My Account once your order has been invoiced.
5. Delivery accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, or no-one being available to receive the parcel, may incur a re-delivery fee.
