What are your shipping options?

We offer:

•⁠ ⁠Flat Rate Shipping: R99 for orders below R650.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status on our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

Are there any special shipping considerations for large items?

Please note:

•⁠ ⁠Large items (over 2kg) might take an extra 1-2 days for shipping.
•⁠ ⁠Additionally, larger or heavier items might incur a higher delivery fee. We will inform you after your order is placed if there are any additional courier fees.
•⁠ ⁠This also applies volumetrically: if the length x breadth x height of a package / 4000 results in more than 2kg, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.

Will I be refunded for the shipping costs?

Refunds are processed for the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
