Although I've since found cheaper gloves at a franchise builder's yard, these things are great value and have superior grip. I use them to chop wood without getting splinters in my decidedly office-bound fingers. My family enjoys the kaggel and my wife loves that I've stopped whining about splinters. It's a complete win-win as these will save your marriage.
