RCM ElastiClear Waterproofing Coating is a versatile, water-based, multi-purpose waterproofing system designed to protect and preserve most building surfaces—without changing their appearance.

Formulated with pure acrylic co-polymer technology, this almost clear, UV-resistant coating offers long-lasting waterproofing, corrosion protection, and encapsulation for a wide range of surfaces. Its high flexibility and superior adhesion make it ideal for demanding environments, including roofs, walls, metal structures, and more.

It’s safe for potable water harvesting, eco-friendly, and low in odour, making it ideal for both residential and industrial applications.

Application Guidelines:

1️⃣ Ensure surface is clean, dry, and sound. Remove loose materials or unstable coatings.
2️⃣ Stir thoroughly before use.
3️⃣ Apply using brush, roller, or spray to achieve recommended thickness.
4️⃣ Use with or without geotextile membranes depending on substrate and exposure conditions.
5️⃣ Allow adequate drying time between coats as per project requirements.
