Coverage:

• 30m² per 20kg (two-coat system)
• Coverage may vary depending on surface porosity (typically between 0.8–1kg/m²)

Application Process:

New Surfaces:

• Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to the entire surface and allow to dry for 2–3 hours before overcoating.
• The area must be overcoated within 24 hours to prevent a loss in adhesion.
• Apply membrane with Leak Block (Bag A & B) as per membrane application on all parapets, overlaps, joints, valleys, and ridges.
• Apply the first coat of All Purpose Coating (Bag C & D) over the roof area at a spread rate of 7–8 m² per litre.
• Apply the second coat of All Purpose Coating (Bag C & D) as per the first coat application.
• Allow 3–4 hours drying time between coats.

Weathered Surfaces:

• Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to the entire surface and allow 2–3 hours drying time before overcoating.
• The area must be overcoated within 3 days to prevent a loss in adhesion.
• Apply membrane with Leak Block (Bag A & B) as per membrane application on all parapets, overlaps, joints, valleys, and ridges.
• Apply the first coat of All Purpose Coating (Bag C & D) over the roof area at a spread rate of 7–8 m² per litre.
• Apply the second coat of All Purpose Coating (Bag C & D) as per the first coat application.
• Allow 3–4 hours drying time between coats.
