This high quality window putty (glazing putty) holds window panes in frames, weatherproofing them. It has a dough or clay-like consistency when fresh, hardening when exposed to air.
After preparing the window frame, press putty around the pane, smoothing on the outside. Drying time varies depending on weather conditions. Besides windows, use putty to fill wood and other surfaces. Clean and dust-free surfaces are essential.
