Delivery was next day, and I used the product on the same night. I won't know whether this product alone worked 100% for its purpose. The night before, I had used a DIY solution to unblock the drain, and it had worked just as well as this product.
I gave this product a 3-star rating because as I twisted the lid of the product to open it for the 1st time, the seal had broken, and the product was coming out from the tub. This SHOULDN'T happen because as far as I know, caustic soda is harmful.
