Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and free of any fallout, environmental soiling, grease, grime, oil, silicone, or biological growth. Also clean of any additional flaking paint etc with a hard wire brush.

Apply with a firm brush. Conversion will take 2 – 4hrs and the surface will change from a brown to a dark blue/black color. Proceed to paint as required.
